Shipping

We ship all orders free of charge within Germany. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. For international deliveries, please contact us in advance.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods.

After your notification of withdrawal, please return the goods to the above address within 14 days. You, as the buyer, bear the cost of the return shipment.

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for the order.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs (custom-made and individual productions). These cannot be returned or refunded, unless the goods are defective.

Defective or Incorrect Goods

Should you have received defective or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at info@estershop.de. We will take care of a solution as quickly as possible – replacement delivery or full refund.
