SecuKey 4.0 – Your invisible protection against modern vehicle theft
The SecuKey 4.0 – recommended by SWR (Süddeutscher Rundfunk) – is the intelligent answer to the latest methods of professional vehicle thieves. Developed for maximum security, completely without a workshop visit.
🔒 Absolute security.
⚡ Plug & Play in seconds.
💰 No installation costs.
Why SecuKey 4.0?
Modern vehicles – whether with Keyless-Go or classic radio remote central locking – are increasingly the target of sophisticated radio attacks. Range extenders and signal storage devices allow thieves to open and start your vehicle – often unnoticed.
The SecuKey 4.0 puts a stop to exactly that.
Thanks to innovative runtime measurement of the radio signal, the system immediately recognizes whether a signal comes directly from the original key – or has been manipulated. Extended, stored or copied signals?
👉 Are blocked without compromise.
The Secukey 4.0 is test winner 2025 in the field of car anti-theft protection.

How your shield works with the 2025 test winner
✅ Measures the exact runtime of the radio signal
✅ Detects manipulated or redirected signals
✅ Encrypted communication
✅ Immune to signal jammers

We stand behind this product:
Should the SecuKey 4.0, contrary to expectations, stop working, you will receive a new device free of charge.
Why deactivating Keyless is not enough
Many believe that turning off Keyless is the solution. Unfortunately, it's not. When opening with the push of a button, you transmit the radio signal even over long distances – perfect for thieves with storage devices.
The SecuKey 4.0 reliably protects both systems. Developed for reality. Vehicle electronics are constantly evolving – and with them, the methods of thieves. The SecuKey 4.0 was designed precisely for this: a modern security system that withstands today's attacks.
SecuKey 4.0. Maximum security. Minimum effort. No risk. Protect your vehicle now – before someone else steals it.
❓ Frequently asked questions
The most important questions from our customers – answered concisely.
Can thieves store the keyless signal and later use it to open the vehicle?
Keyless-Go systems work with live, real-time signals. Opening and starting the vehicle is only possible if the authorized vehicle key actively communicates with the vehicle. In so-called relay attacks, perpetrators therefore use range extenders to transmit and amplify the signal of the keyless key to the vehicle in real-time.
Regardless, with all radio keys – both with and without a Keyless-Go function – there is a risk that radio signals can be intercepted and stored when a button is actively pressed. The SecuKey 4.0 offers effective protection against both attack scenarios through encrypted communication and signal runtime verification.
Does deactivating the keyless function offer sufficient protection?
Deactivating the keyless function prevents relay attacks, but it is not a comprehensive security solution.
After deactivation, the vehicle must be manually locked and unlocked by pressing a button on the radio key. The radio signal transmitted in this process can be received and recorded from a greater distance. Stored signals can then be misused for unauthorized access. Comprehensive vehicle security therefore requires additional protective measures such as the SecuKey 4.0.
Can the SecuKey 4.0's radio signal be copied and repeated?
In principle, radio signals can be technically captured. However, the SecuKey 4.0 relies on a multi-layered security concept with encrypted communication and additional signal runtime measurement based on the Time-of-Flight principle.
With each activation, encrypted signals are exchanged between the key and the vehicle. Release only occurs if both the security codes are correct and the measured signal runtime corresponds to the defined parameters. Copied or repeated signals are instantly detected and blocked by the system, as the runtime verification cannot be met.
This multi-stage security concept offers effective protection against manipulation attempts and replay attacks.
Which vehicles is the SecuKey 4.0 suitable for?
The SecuKey 4.0 is universally designed for all vehicles with a board voltage of 12 to 48 volts. Installation is via the fuse slot of the Keyless-Go system or the central locking system and is therefore suitable for most modern vehicle models.
Is a specialist workshop required for installation?
No. The SecuKey 4.0 is designed as a plug-and-play solution. With the optionally available, vehicle-specific fuse adapter, installation can be carried out without a workshop visit.
The installation effort is minimal and corresponds to replacing a vehicle fuse. Technical knowledge or special tools are not required. Installation can be carried out independently in a few minutes.
Which fuse is required for installation with the fuse adapter?
As a rule, this is the fuse for the Keyless-Go system or the central locking system.
The fuse assignment varies depending on the vehicle manufacturer, model, and year of manufacture. Not all manufacturers provide fully detailed fuse diagrams. Since the position of the relevant fuse can vary even within identical models, we recommend identification based on the vehicle documentation or the fuse diagram in the fuse box.
Alternatively, the correct fuse can be determined by a simple function test: remove individual fuses one after another and check whether the Keyless function or central locking is deactivated. This process is uncomplicated and does not cause any damage to the vehicle.
